A ~ Admit you're a sinner.

    Everyone has sinned.  No one deserves to get into heaven.  God tells us no sin can enter heaven.  Something must be done to get rid of your sin.

    Romans 3:23  “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

    1 John 1:10  "If we claim we have not sinned, we make Him out to be a liar and His word has no place in our lives."

    Revelation 21:27  “Nothing impure will ever enter it (Heaven), nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life.”

B ~ Believe Jesus died on the cross for you.

    God loves you and wants you to become His child.  He loves you so much that He sent His Son, Jesus, to save you from your sins.  He took your place on the cross, and suffered the punishment you deserve.  Romans 5:8 tells us that  ". . . God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us"  Believe that He died for you, was buried, and rose again on the third day.

    1 Peter 2:24   “Who Himself (Jesus) bore our sins in His own body on the tree (cross), that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness.”

    Colossians 1:14   “In whom (Jesus) we have redemption (salvation) through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.”

    Acts 16:31   “Believe on the Lord Jesus Chris, and you will be saved.”

C ~ Confess your sinfulness to God, and turn from it.  

    Ask Jesus to forgive you - trust in Him as your Savior.  

    Luke 18:13   “God be merciful to me a sinner.”

    Romans 10:9   “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”

    Romans 10:13   “Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

If you believe in Jesus and have placed your faith and trust in Him, God has forgiven you.
Then you, along with all the others who believe in Jesus, will spend eternity in heaven with Him.
